WARRANTY

Renew - APPLICATOR warrants for a period of two ( 2 ) years from the date of this certificate. The performance of these products from lifting, separating or peeling. This warranty is extendable to five (5) years at an additional cost. 

This warranty does not cover cracking of the surface that the RE-NEW products are installed upon, ie. cracking of the slab due to frost, erosion of soils, unstable foundation under slab, excessive weight or tree roots.

Should a dispute arise regarding the cause of the failure, a representative ( other than the applicator ) of RE-NEW SURFACE SYSTEMS INC. will inspect the area with the client, after which he will make a written report accompanied by photographs of the 
failures. The probable cause of the failure shall be determined , as well as the amount of resurfacing needed. The decision of the representative shall be final.

Failure due to poor workmanship, improper application , ( including expansion joints not being cut through or being left open for expansion leading to lifting and breaking away of the overlay ), will be repaired by the applicator, at his expense, as soon a schedule can be arranged with the client.

No other warranties of any kind are given or implied. Warranty certificate must be an original ; no other will be recognized.
